Moving home can be one of the most stressful events in your life. We can act for you in purchasing, selling or re-mortgaging your property and on buy-to-let transactions.

How much will it cost?

We charge a fixed fee that depends on the complexity of the transaction. We always provide an estimate that is as accurate as we can. There will be no hidden extra costs. However, both sales and purchases can be unpredictable matters therefore we may have to make further charges if the transaction becomes more complex than first thought. We will always inform you of this as soon as possible.
