We can assist you in making a will tailored to your personal circumstances so that you can have the peace of mind of knowing that your estate will be distributed to those you wish to benefit.

Probate and Administration of Estate
We can assist you in the administration of estates whether or not there is a will.

Our charges depend on the service you require.

Obtaining Grant of Probate only (fixed fee)

Obtaining Grant of Probate and dealing with administration of estate - Standard Estates.

Obtaining Grant of Probate and dealing with administration of estate - Complex Estates.

Estate Planning
Advice on inheritance tax and long term care planning

Court of Protection
If a family member loses their capacity we can assist you in applying for a deputyship order to enable you to deal with their affairs.
